Hi All

pls see this link with overclocked i7 965 from 3.2 to 5.1 GHz installed on EX58-UD5 motherboard:

Nice, do you know what cooling was used? I need to update my water cooling as my temperatures get high on this currently.

HI
that was using a cascade. The cpu was cooled down to -103c
I am just waiting for some desent ram to arrive then i will do more testing with the cpu.
Please also note that was with 1.456 vcore

Cool, how does a core i7 965 at 5.1Ghz compare with a phenom II at 6.5Ghz? I know the core i7 is faster clock for clock. What is the world record for the highest i7 oc?

I am not too far off that list, I have gotten to around 5Ghz suicide run @ 1.5V, unstable though   ;D
