I made new bios to ga 990xa ud3 rex 1.x
It works fine.
It f14e witch some changes :
ga 990xa ud3v1
Update ahci module to 3.3.0.0
Update raid module v3.3.1540.19
Update realtek lan module to 2.64
Update NCPUCODE :

(microcode patch resolve a potential system stability issue affecting AMD Opteron 6300 series and AMD FX series ,Phenom II X6 processors running VMware)

update AGESA OrochiPI from v 1.5.0.5 to v1.5.0.6 + (include all newest amd microcode)

990fxa-ud3 rev4 bios you could modify it, if its not really to hard to do it.

This bios doesn't install at all for me, all I get is "Invalid BIOS Image" ????
Any thoughts as to why ...

What file you download and what is your mobo?
You use but file probably, you have uefi?
This bios work because i use it

I have a ga-990xa ud3 rev1, and i tried to use your 990XAUD3V4.bin file wich, as stated, is the correct file for my mobo.
Now, I don't know if the file on your google drive has become corrupted or what, but when I try to install your cstm bios i get the "Invalid BIOS" error..
Have tried to install with both qflash and with a bootable usb-drive and flash but still no go ??

I dont think that I have a uefi bios, dont even know if 990xa ud3 rev1.0 has one ??
I have just been using the bios upgrades that gigabyte offers ..

I download this bios and works, maybe try disable antvirus and then download and flash.
What is your current bios?

I tried to flash v7 file via QBios built-in utility - unsuccessful.(my mb rev 1.x)
QFlash cannot recognize this rom.
Only @bios utility from ms win allowed to flash this firmware.
But I encountered with process "backup bios update from main" EVERY time when i changed bios settings.

It means it s flashed and worked, the main bios save setting i make it for safe.
