Today I finally I received back by Brix Gaming after a 2 month RMA via Scan Computers.
Not only was the original problem not fixed but I received a sizable electric shock from the case!
I could not be more unhappy, I have a small Toddler in the house and this could of been quite serious.
I have of course complained to Scan but I have their customer service to be poor.
Can someone in Gigabyte please speak to me. After 2 broken Brix and now this I have had enough of dealing via a 3rd party.
