Title: HELP!!!!! My computer keeps freezing and I don't know what to do!

My computer keeps freezing. The keyboard and mouse won't work and the screen freezes. I have to hit the restart button on the case for it to do anything. This is the first computer I have ever had. I am clueless. Please hel
