Title: GA-Q77M-D2H Power msg LED does not flash when in sleep

Hello,
I just acquired a couple of GA-Q77M-D2H MBs and wondering why the Power msg LED does not flash when in sleep.
Any ideas pleas?
Both Win7 Pro and Win10 Pro.  i7-3770, 8gm RAM, Samsung SSD
