Title: How do I know which services have been applied to my card?

I sent my r7 260x 2x windforce rev 2.0 for RMA, and they returned it to me without (seemingly) doing anything to it. The problem continues (artifacting). Did they flash the BIOS? Did they do anything with it appart from testing it?
