Title: RX 480 Gaming G1 power LED keeps flashing
Post by: Silvers91 on November 12, 2016, 11:14:16 am
Hey guys I'm new here

Just bought the Gigabyte RX 480 Gaming G1 (4GB version), installed it, it's detected and all latest drivers are installed and working, but what's bothering me is that the power LED near the 8 pin connector keeps lighting up every 30 seconds or so, the card is working great but that light is bothering me. The connector is coming directly from the PSU so I'm not using a third party connector (below is a screenshot showing the voltages and other information)

I'd be really grateful if someone could help me as I'm a newbie when it comes to graphics cards.

The flashing light is indicating when PCI-E voltage is unstable. At least that's what it says on the website for your card.
Might be a faulty connection. Try reseating your card.
