Title: Motherboard RMA to US

I had to RMA my board to the US from Canada and it's arrived in my city but I'm being charged duty and tax, why???

Turns out it is just a $5 handling fee... maybe... but now the board is stuck in customs "Held in Warehouse: UPS is holding the shipment per a contract service offering" for the past 4 days so who knows if I'll get additional charges yet. sigh...

Have you check with them or be given any information about the duty and tax charges before arrange the RMA?

Arrived, was only $4.53 handling fee. Course no idea if everything works since I'll have to wait till my current board eventually dies. ;)
