Title: More than 128Gb with Xeons?
Post by: akamenov on November 26, 2016, 09:15:34 pm
The official memory support list for my X99P-SLI lists at least one 32Gb module supporting 8-module configuration (CT32G4RFD424A). On the other hand, the specs also list the maximum amount of RAM at 128Gb (which is obviously so for i7's, but not necessarily for Xeons - which are also supported).
So, can I use 8x32Gb modules with this motherboard (I suppose the question would be more or less the same for all recent X99 mobo's)?
