Title: Buying a g1 gtx1080 from a private seller

Hi I am about to but a g1 gtx1080 card new from a private seller , I was wondering if the three years warranty would stand as in new sealed etc as upon looking warranty only goes on serial number also serial number starts 162941, I'm in U.K. Also

If the private seller hands you the original payment receipt there should be no issue IF it has been issued by an authorised retailer. In Australia you will be rejected without a valid docket.
