Hello all!
Built a new PC and installed a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 G1 Gaming GV-N1060G1GAMING-6GD. Playing WOW it started making this weird noise. Not my video but exactly my problem

My questions are is this harmful?
Can I tighten any screws to fix this?
Which ones?
Does the card need to be RMA?
