Title: CPU usage (7700k) Z270X GAMING 7

I everyone,

I have a new computer with CPU 7700K build on Gigabyte Z270X GAMING 7. I'm using cooling liquid  CORSIAR H60.
every act that in doing on the computer the processor exceeds maximum speed (4.5MHz) and reaches the area 60 °.
I did a bios update and still the CPU not ok. in every action I do make's the CPU reaches is maximum clock(4.5MHz).
and I cant find how to solve this problem.
I cant even watch a movie and play games (like FIFA 17)
Intel 7700K CPU.
GIGABYE Z270X GAMING 7.
16GB DDR4.
750W +80GOLD.
GIGABYE GTX 1070 GAMING G1. 

please help me

For anyone to help..  we need to know if you have attempted any OC, either in BIOS or App Center/Easy Tune.  Have you created any Profiles for OC in BIOS.  Have you updated the BIOS from what shipped with the board?  What BIOS are you running?

The bios version is F4.
Not performed OC profile on bios or easytune ever.
Everything in the bios it's on Auto.
I tried to reboot the bios with CMOS or load the default options on bios but nothing helps.
