Title: Gigabyte xm300 mouse

Hi, so I recently bought a Gigabyte xm300 from a Store. I unboxed it and plugged into my PC. I used it for about a few minutes before going to the Gigabyte site to get the software. I downloaded it and it showed me that there is a firmware update. I clicked to update it, then during halfway through the update, it said Update Failed. And my mouse got shut off , i searched the internet until finally finding out the current condition of my mouse; bricked. I can't get it to work. Is there anyway to get it to work again?. I already asked the shop for RMA and they said they wll let me know.But also the shop is located in another city and it was bought to me by courier service. Aside from doing anything that voids the warranty , is there any other way to get it to work again? Thanks.
