I just upgrade my bios from F12 to F22 through the app center. With F12 the boot time to post was about 20 seconds. With the F22 it takes a full 2 minutes to get to the boot post. Does anyone know what is wrong? Is this normal for this new Bios? Any help would be greatly appreciated. My mobo is Rev.1.0.

I'm on f20 and boot to post is about 15 seconds. Did you ever sort the problem?

This has never been sorted or resolved. Problem still exists. Plus takes 3 or 4 on/off power cycles before the 2 minute boot. It's horrible.

If your system is stable, there is no need to update your BIOS just for the sake of having the latest rev available.
Flashing should always be done using QFlash and not @BIOS in windows.
F12 is adequate for NVMe support
You only need F20 or > if you are using Xeon E5 or Broadwell-E. If that's the case you might as well go to F22 as F20 doesn't allow you to go back (easily).

After a Windows 10 update destroyed my 2 SSD Raid array (which I could not salvage), I decided to use a single SSD with a new clean install. After doing that, the system went back to normal boot times and startups and I have not had any further problems. I have no idea why this should be so but I am sticking with a single SSD for now.
