Title: Z270x Ultra gaming. No post no display

So I have a z270x ultra gaming that won't post. I did all the troubleshooting methods and no post. Before you go all and say did I try it all i did. Striped to just the core components  (gpu, 1 stick of ram, and stock fan. Out of case)  And no luck. I did a rma request a couple days ago and I'm about to send it out. But before I do i need to know if there's more I can do.

Specs
Windows 10
GA z270x ultra gaming
i5 7500
GA windforce gtx 1070 oc (stock oc)
16gb g.skill @3000hz
Rosewil 650w 80+gld (psu tested good with tester)
Kinston 240gb ssd.

Does anything spin up?  Fans.  Lighting?  Have you tried moving the BIOS_SW to single and BIOS 2?
