Hi sich1

The whole warranty period (3 years) or at least 1 year should be covered by the place of purchase.
I am really surprised that it's not even first year in your case at Aria, especially that for other current models they say as follows:

Warranty Information
Warranty Type    Aria Warranty Only
Warranty Period (yrs)    2
http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Motherboards/Intel+Socket+1366/Gigabyte+GA-X58A-UD7+Intel+X58+%28Socket+1366%29+DDR3+PCI-Express+Motherboard+?productId=38991

Warranty Information
Warranty Type    Aria Warranty Only
Warranty Period (yrs)    1
http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Motherboards/Socket+AM3+%28AMD%29/Gigabyte+GA-MA78LM-S2H+AMD+760G+%28Socket+AM3%29+DDR2+PCI-Express+Micro-ATX+Motherboard+?productId=38284

Anyway you can claim RMA to us directly as described here:
