pls provide more info about your configuration like:
- cpu model
- PSU brand, model & wattage
- windows version
- mb bios version

and try with different PSU (different brand & higher wattage), as it maybe powering issue

A friend of me has a similar problem: his pc turns on it itself, but he has a problem problems with the power in the house (for example when the refrigerator starts the television goes blank for a second). Try your computer somewhere else in the house.

Lol what kind of house does he live in?
Try updating the BIOS and see if anything in the settings is doing it at all, I think you can turn it on by moving a mouse or keyboard.

You haven't got "Wake up on LAN" or similar enabled?

Just found this on google, it helped me once before,
Right click "My Computer"
Select "Properties"
Go to "Hardware Device"
Click "Device Manager"
Select "Network Adapters"
Select "Marvell Yukon .....PCI-Fast Ethernet Controller--> right click ---properties--->power management-->deselect "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"--->Go to "Advanced" tab--->put value off for "Wake from shut down" --->value none for "Wake up capabilities"
lets know if it sorts it, otherwise chek the bios settings,
fingers crossed
