Title: EX58-UD3R RMA Turn-Around Time

Hello!

Gigabyte acknowledged receipt of my motherboard last Monday (6/21/10) and I've yet to receive an update or (optimistically) a notification that it's been repaired/replaced. When can I expect to hear from the RMA department?

For reference, my number is: RMA# USA-1060180

Hi
I suppose there are many factors which govern how long a repair will take depending on the type of fault, how busy the technical support staff are, etc. I would advise you to contact runn3R by pm. He's the Forum Moderator and works for Gigabyte so he has access to more than we ordinary menmbers do.

or directly with the RMA dept (you should have their contact details as you submitted direct RMA to USA RMA, right?)

P.S. I can help in RMA's from UK and IRL, not from other countries.

Would it be possible to show the poster's country of origin near their avatar on the left of the thread? It would be most helpfull sometimes as certain problems can be region related.

My bad! I didn't realize this was the UK site, these were the only Gigabyte forums that popped up on Google :-/ Thanks for the link!
