Title: USB Flash Drives

I am having an issue when connecting flash drives, Win 10 signals that it is attached nut I can not see the drive. However,   if I go to Disk Management, the drive is there, usually assigned letter "O".  If I change that to "P",  the drive is accessible. Ideas on this...
