Title: AB350-Gaming 3 CPU Clock in Windows

Hello. So I've got a Ryzen 5 2400G water cooled and the CPU speed set to 4.1GHz in the BIOS. That shows correctly there but Windows still only shows 3.6GHz. I'm using F23d. Never noticed an issue on F23 but only just started to push the CPU and I rarely use Windows as it is.

Edit: Never mind. Reset the BIOS then applied the OC again and it's working.
