I have a Gigabyte B360-HD3 running under 64 bit Windows 10 Home.
The BIOS is currently on version F2 (Feb 2018).
I have just downloaded BIOS version F5 and tried to update my BIOS.
The process said that the update would not work under 64 bit Windows 10.
How do I update my BIOS?

Q-Flash did the job perfectly - https://www.gigabyte.com/MicroSite/121/tech_qflash.htm (https://www.gigabyte.com/MicroSite/121/tech_qflash.htm)

Yes. Very important to use Q-Flash and avoid @BIOS. You always want to flash at the BIOS level, and not under windows.
