OH I guess there is a character limit in the subject title, full quote is this:

I saw that note at the bottom of this page: https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N208TAORUS-11GC#sp so that means I actually won't get the full 11GB on that RTX 2080Ti if I were to buy it and would be much less? How much less? What's the figure?
