Greetings,
What is "slow" to you?

30sec, 1 min, more?

Other questions...

What OS (version / build) are you running?
What BIOS rev?
How was the OS installed?
Fresh copy, migrated from another build, etc?

Hi,
15 sec from cold boot and you're complaining?

You really think that's slow?

There is nothing (absolutely nothing) wrong with your boot time.

I'm not running m.2's, just 850 Pros in RAID 0.  Mine boots in 22 sec. I don't even have Fast Boot enabled

Seriously.  Nothing wrong with your rig.  Enjoy it.
