I had some strange things occuring with this MB.
Some is solved , but still the MB doesnt turn off, when I turn off Windows.
It looks normal at the screen, turning off screen turns black.
But the computer still spins, seems like MB doesnt get a turn off signal for the power.
What can be the problem ? A setting ?

Please provide complete system specs (all components).
Did shutdown ever work, then stopped working, what changed?
Do you have any external devices connected besides mouse and keyboard?
What kind of software is installed, how are you using the machine?

Actually, I thing its the Cosair water cooling that migh delay complete shut off.
Because it shuts off after like 5 minutes.
But I dont know if there are any settings for this, or indicators.

If this install was migrated from another system (motherboard) and a fresh install of windows was not performed, this could be related to the behavior.
Have you tried Disabling Fast Start Up in Power options?
