1. F4 bios for Gigabyte B450M DSH3 does not allow to change p-states(greyed out)
2. Does not have Clock host change aka CPU Clock Control (i tried bios for Athlon GE and there that is enabled)
3. When cpu multiplier is changed cpu stops downclocking
please fix this issues.
