Hi
My w7 pc has been so very stable for quite a long time with the following specs
all drivers from gigabyte site
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. 990FXA-UD5 R5 (CPU 1)
AMD FX-835 Vishera 32nm Technology
24.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 669MHz (9-9-9-24)
HP 27yh (1920x1080@60Hz) 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (EVGA)
My question is if I want to upgrade to windows 10 will I have to flash the bios?
What about drivers?
Thanks for any input

Hi Amber,
I am running a similar older PC for my mother and Windows 10 runs fine on it. There have been no driver issues and everything works as I expect it to.
Ooops forgot to say, I didn't update BIOS either. Just did a clean installation of Windows 10.

Thanks. I was thinking about upgrading. Did you install on an ssd drive or regular?

I used an SSD and again, there were no issues.
