Title: Graphic card location EVGA 02G-P4-3658-KR GeForce GTX 650Ti Boost Superclocked

I have a EVGA 02G-P4-3658-KR GeForce GTX 650Ti Boost Superclocked Nvidia Graphics Card, in a F2A88XM-D3H fm2+ Motherboard. I have read that either of two slots can be used for this GPU, one runs faster than the other, is that correct ? If so, which socket should I use ? Thanks

The answer is almost always the slot closest to the CPU...

However, to be sure, check the manual - https://download1.gigabyte.com/Files/Manual/mb_manual_ga-f2a88xm-d3h_e.pdf
which confirms it for this instance.

But, a quick benchmark test between the 2 will also likely confirm this, whenever you're unsure.

Lastly, PCIE3.0 x4 still gives ~4GBPS, which *might* not even make much difference, depending on the game or application. So again, benchmark testing with something like Unigine will help confirm if one slot is giving higher performance than another slot.

Call out if any issues.

Cheers

Fred155 is correct  8)

Slot closest to CPU is always the faster of the bunch.
