I've tried a variety of USB sticks with different bootable media (Win10, Darrick's Boot & Nuke, Ubuntu), all freshly made today. I've tried using the Windows boot options to force a boot from USB, set USB first in the BIOS under boot options, and used F12 to select the USB stick manually as my boot medium.
No matter what I do, the system keeps moving to and booting from the Windows drive.
Any suggestions? The USB keys seem to be recognized; in Windows, I can see/read/modify contents. They just won't boot, andthe system just keeps horking me into Windows.

Disable secure boot.
Create the USB key with Rufus with GPT partition.
Try to use the back IO USB ports for testing.
Maybe try a different USB stick.
