Hi, I hope you don't mind but I have started this thread so the subject can be covered as a new topic rather than being under a different motherboard model. (The original post can be found here: http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php/topic,769.msg12545.html#new )
I have GA-MA790GPT-UD3H got this mb on vista 64bit run good ,,, then i put 9800gtx card in & i get the blue screen death
i take the card out run good ????
I'm sure absic will correct me if I am wrong ;) but I think there was an issue with this card and it's firmware. Are you using the latest BIOS and drivers for the card? Although I believe that the later drivers have a Windows 7 issue.
There is a new Nvidia Driver, released yesterday: http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7-winvista-64bit-258.96-whql-driver.html not sure if you are running this but it might help.
