In case you missed it. This article claims the following boards will support Windows 11 TPM 2.0 Verification through an upgraded BIOS without a TPM chip.
AMD TRX40, 300, 400, 500 motherboards are TPM 2.0 function ready, which can pass the upgraded Windows 11 OS verification.

There are going to be minimum CPU requirements as well.

Hopefully Microsoft allows this to work.
