Title: Z590 vision D DPC latency

Hi. I'm getting really low DPC latency with my Z590 vision D board and an i9 chip. However every 15 mins or so I get a little spike of just under 0.4ms. Not a deal breaker, but can anyone suggest a reason this might be happening?
