I've had my RTX 2060 OC REV 2.0 form gigabyte for a bit over a year now and from about 3 months ago the fans have been rattling or making a sort of grinding noise whenever they're spinning fast. I've contacted gigabyte's support page about this but they've been doing very little for over a month now. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Warranty coverage varies by region and I'm not sure where you are located, but GPUs typically carry a 3 yr warranty to the original owner with proof of purchase and registration.

Yes, that's why I've contacted them but they've just told me to go to the place I bought it from who's warranty has run out. They also take 3 weeks to respond each time I send something in response to them.
