I'm attaching a screenshot of the device manager on my (old) H110M-S2H motherboard with win10 64 installed on it. all my attempt to find the driver to fix this two issues were in vain. could you please offer a solution to correct it? Thanx.

Download, extract and run this .exe.
When complete, restart. Check DM again, let let me know if the devices still show as unidentified.

Both of these items are on the local machine.
Check properties for the hardware ID's. Look those up and see what they are. Both of these should be included with chipset or IME drivers.
What BIOS rev are you running?

What version windows 10 you running? one other thing do you still have the motherboard disk? If you do try to find the driver on there.
