Title: MU70-SU0 Raid Info
Post by: toomanylogins on May 07, 2022, 11:57:31 am
I have had this board for a few years for my workstation and have not use the raid function. However thinking of repurposing (to save some energy) and incorporating more local storage. However cant find much information about the intel raid on this board. I suspect this is Intel fake software raid and not real hardware RAID. Does anybody have any information as I cannot find anything in the manual other than activating raid in the BIOS. It doesn't explain what the raid model is.
If it's fake raid I will get a card.
Thanks
Paul

Greetings,
Board has C612 chipset.  Supports RSTe 4.0.  Its hardware RAID. Note however, the board has a RAID key header which might require an additional purchase in order to use RAID.
