Title: R9 280x 3g crashes with hard reset in game. Bios update not possible

Hello,
my R9 280x 3g keeps crashing in GTA V after around 5 minutes and with a temperature of around 70 celsius. Then the pc automatically restarts. the newest driver is already installed. I tried to change thermal paste, update the bios but the @bios tool says "Flash BIOS failed! Bios Version dont match!" i cant upload screenshots here without error please look here https://prnt.sc/faSvdDSaaFDn
I dont understand what the problem is, please help.

Have you tried a different version (earlier) of the driver?

What happens if you start the game and allow the PC to sit idle, does it still restart?
