Hi,
 I sent my motherboard for repair on the 16 - 08 - 2010 and as of yet havnt heard anything back with regards the rma.
The Post office Track and Trace shows the board was delivered on the 17th but I havnt had any email or anything to acknolidge reciept from Gigabyte.
 Is there anywhere / way I can find info to what is going on with this?

Hi Gaz
It is probably down to the local(UK)  repair technicians holidays. I know it is inconvenient but we all like time off sometimes. ;) Just a bad time of the year to pick to have a breakdown.

 If only we had the choice to pick and choose if and when our hardware breaks down  :P

Yes quite right.  :'( Sorry I can't be of more assistance. Hopefully not too much longer though. It is annoying that there is no direct phone line to the RMA centre or indeed other parts of Gigabyte UK. Most companies have telephone communication lines with their customer base.

Glad I could help put your mind at rest. The technicians back off holiday next week so hopefully things will get moving again. ;)

 Just thought Id update this as I recieved a plesent suprise thismorning  ;D 
The delivery van turned up with a new replacement board for me which I wasnt expecting at all , not only because I hadnt recieved any reciept of delivery from gigabyte but my rma was supposed to be repairs only !!

So Many Thanks Gigabyte and of coarse Dark Mantis for your help :D
