Wasn't really sure where to go about asking this as I've never run into a situation like this buying a retail box before. I purchased a X58A-UD3R motherboard a couple of days ago from a retailer here in California and to my surprise when I opened up the sealed box there was no faceplate for the back of the computer case in the box. The store basically told me I'm out of luck, so I was just wondering if there is anywhere or any way to get the faceplate for this motherboard without actually buying the motherboard again.
The forums here seemed like a good place to ask, I have been looking online but finding something like this seems impossible without getting one from Gigabyte themselves.

Well you should be able to get one from the retailer as your contract is with them and they haven't sold you the complete item you purchased. However I am sure if you PM "runn3R" on the forum here he can put you in touch with the right contact.

Excellent, I'll be sure to send him a PM. The store basically said I'm out of luck because there is no way to prove I didn't steal the damn thing out of the box, how nice is that? One of the downsides to living in a place where people do stuff like that all the time.
Thanks for the advice.
