Have this board and I am new to using this motherboard along with X2 7850BE cpu.
Does anyone who has this board or the one this one replaced know how to set the cpu voltage in the bios?
The info in system health status in the bios shows the cpu volts as being 1.31v instead of the 1.325v it should be.
In M.I.T. there are loads of choices in cpu voltage control but none show anything like 1.325v
They are shown as +0.325v for instance
What one is the correct one to select to give 1.325v?
Also I have flashed the bios to F5A for this board.
Is that the most recent bios version?

Cool and Quiet, is it throttling your clock and your voltage?, which is usually enabled by default in the BIOS.
Add the +.0352 or whatever to your stock voltage and check with cpuz for resulting voltage,

The other thing that you need to look into as well if you run Windows Vista this the power plans in control panel could also affect this too. If your running Vista then the standard plan is power saver this also cuts down the CPU Voltage and Multiplier so consider changing the plan to High Performance this will ensure that you have full power to the CPU. If you have a newish CPU then your see the difference within the AMD Overdrive tool which you can download free from this link http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_overdrive.aspx Hope that helps

I never use cool n quiet and I use XP, not Vista.
Gigabyte"tech"reckon they add on 10%to cpu vcore for easy overclocking

If it is stable, do not worry.
Is this stock speed? Try seeing if you need to press a key combo by searching online to unlock advanced options. CPU chips don't come with a set voltage, but a range. The stock voltage each individual chip runs at is the VID, for example the VID of a Q9450 was around 1.15-1.25Vcore. Unless it is causing instability I would not worry, and check cpu-z in the OS for the Vcore, as the Vcore from BIOS to OS usually drops (Vdrop) and under load drops further (Vdroop).
If idle, the voltage could be about 1V depending on how much it is throttled, saving power. I am not sure they add 10% or not, but I would think it will only be added once the bus speed is changed.
