Not sure they fixed it or not

Dear Valued Customer,
We appreciate you being patient with us.
We have finished testing your GIGABYTE product(s) and it is (they are) being returned back to you.
then it gives RMA and tracking #
should it say we have finished repairing your prouduct

It seems to be a standardised letter that is sent out to all RMA customers. This is often the problem there is no personalised service.I would suggest that you reply asking specifically what the problem was and what they have done to repair it.
