Title: GIGABYTE in black (GA-P67A-UD7 and GA-P67A-UD5 MBs at IDF 2010)
Post by: runn3R on September 16, 2010, 09:56:34 am
Have a look at our new Intel 6-series chipset motherboards for future LGA 1155 Intel Core CPUs (codenamed Sandy Bridge) shown at IDF 2010 (Intel Developer Forum). After so many requests from all around the world we decided to change the colours into black.

I liked it too. The whole thing now looks the business and sort of mean 8) They should make the slots and ports etc UV reactive though. That way Gigabyte could keep the corporate colour while still appearing to be black. Nice job with the design of the heatsinks, although I did wonder if they are as efficient as the older style ones. Poor old Lsdmeasap will be unhappy though. He thought everyone would hate it.

Some of these new beta BIOS updates may not be able to flash from BIOS itself.
Please use new released version  @BIOS 2.10:

Hope, they will fix this soon. :D
Btw,
P67 and H67 boards listed on the Gigabyte website.

Yes they do look a bit more the business now don't they. I notice however that Gigabyte didn't totally commit themselves to the new colour scheme as some of the motherboards are only available in the ususal blue. ;)
