Hi.
I have GA-880GMA-UD2H MB that I'm connect to LCD FHD TV.
My problem is that my when my windows start (Windows 7) the screen not open on full sceen (I have black margins up & down & Left & right ).
I already tried to conect this MB to another TV but I got the same problem.
Any suggestions?

Hi and welcome to the Giabyte Forum.
You could help by giving us a bit more information like what your system comprises of. Anyway for now have you set the display properties correctly. Hopefully we will have a better idea once we know what hardware you are using.

sorry for its took so mach time I didn't was near computer.
SO...
I have GA-880GMA-UD2H board with 2 GB DDR3 and I'm using the onboard HDMI connector with 1.3 cable.
I have windows 7 Ultimate on my computer with the latest drivrs from ATI.
I tried to connect this computer to 2 different LCD TV (42" Samsung \ 42" Benq )and I got the same problem (I have black brim in all sides)
When I connect this computer to 22" FHD screen (Samsung) the picture is OK and stretch to all computer.
The brim size is about 2 cm. from every side.
I have another computer with GA-M78GM-S2H that connected in the same way (OnBoard HDMI) and everything is fine.
Any ideas?

I also have GA-880GMA-UD2H about a month now and I am experiencing the same problem with my HD tv and HDMI. I get a black border around the screen even thought I have set for the maximum resolution (1080p). Some times I get a messagebox from Catalyst saying something about an dvi to hdmi converter that I am using, which I am not using any - just an HDMI cable.
I have used the same TV with and ATI 3870 on XGP and worked fine! How ever on my laptop with a dvi to hdmi converter I get the same border.
Is this an actual hdmi interface or is it sort of an internal adapter for the dvi port (also the reason why I cannot connect two digital displays at once)?

Have you tried setting the scaling option to 100% in CCC? If not open CCC go to desktops and displays, right click on the display and choose configure. Now go to the scaling options tab and adjust the slider to 100% or the needed amount to fill the screen. Apply and ok your way out. Note some driver versions have a bug that causes the setting to be lost after rebooting. The latest 10.10's do not have this problem.

All TV's even HD TV's tend to over scan. This is not normally noticeable when watching TV but when you connect a PC its very noticeable. The overscan underscan adjustment allows you to compensate for overscan found on many TV's.

To be exact, the problem is gone, however the tv display(hdmi) whole desktop and applications turn to green (while playing video in full screen) and after some minutes back to normal, while the pc monitor(analog vga) remains normal.
maybe a driver's issue in win 7 64...
Despite that, now I have full screen visible for video playback and sound via the HDMI cable and I am ready for gaming and movie nights.

What driver version are you using? I have used every10.x driver out so far on my HD5670 driving a Sammy 40 inch via HDMI and have never seen a green screen. I'm not running two monitors though. What dual mode are you using? Do you still have this problem when only driving the HDTV, aka PC monitor disconnected? If your not using the 10.10 cats give them a shot.

I don't get the problem any more, and I also enabled video acceleration in my second monitor and everything is fine. By the way I am using ccc 10.10 already. Maybe all I needed was a restart :)
I am not on dual monitor all the time, only when I want to see something in big screen. For an onboard gpu, it covers my needs. I havent tried any games yet but I dont expect much.
Overall I am quite satisfied from this board. It wasnt cheap after all, around 100 euros!

About the gamma turning to green problem, I have concluded that It may be some setting having to do with the tv. Something makes the tv go green because I captured the screen with printScreen and what I captured was normal. So that should mean that the image going out from the vga is normal, the tv displayed it wrong. Some thing makes the tv colour go green after some time. By the way the tv is a philips 32pfl7404h, which is actually a terrific tv apart from this. I hope, this wont harm my tv permanently.
Any one having the same problem? (or a solution? :) )

You have to ENABLE "GPU Scaling" setting in your ATI Control Center to get your HDMI feed from the motherboard to display full size on your screen.
You might have to hunt around a little, but that's the way you fix the display issues.
