Hi. Are there any boards with an internal USB 3 connector or are they all external?

Hi,

I haven't come across any Gigabyte Motherboards with a USB3 header yet but I'm sure they will be coming soon.

Yes I agree. That has to be the next stage of evolution to enable USB3 on the front panels also.
