Hi.
I submit a new ticket regarding a GV-R477UD-1G a few hours ago, but i didint understand if the email they will send to check the status of the ticket is automatically or i have to do something more (register at Gigabyte, etc)?
I suspect that i have to send the card to RMA (it doesnt show any picture in LCD), but i cant find the original package..will be a problem?

The email reply is an automated one and doesn't require any response from you.

I was expecting a email containing a password to insert there, but only needed to insert email and choose language :D
About the package, does anyone know?

It shouldn't make any difference as long as you return it in a secure package to prevent damage in transit.
