Title: premiere video preview problem gtx460

When I capture video or preview it  (premiere cs5, firewire dv in) there is no live preview what I capture but the video is captured OK. I noticed that if I connect my TV set through HDMI connector on graphics card, the preview can be seen. I have dual display configuration on GV-N4600C-1GI and Nvidia driver 260.99 with CUDA enabled. Tryed dissabling CUDA but nothing different. Any clue what to look for?
