Hi All,
Thought I'd have a practice on this board before I make a pratt of myself on the main boards.

You need to go to your Profile at the top of the page and edit that. You will find a part that asks if you want to upload an avatar.

Gort is his name. The original 'The Day The Earth Stood Still' is one of my favourite movies ever. Moralistic I know and a bit corny, but great all the same. One of the all time best movie quotes as well......
"Gort, Klatu barada nicto"
(no official translation ever given, lot's of speculation though).
Not sure whether or not we can go on about things unrelated to techie stuff. Maybe I'm supposed to talk about mobos n' all things computery. Thought I'd do that when I hit the main message boards.

There are nowadays, but the library has OLD newspapers, all brown and wrinkly, just like you! Reading through those old newspapers can be quite illuminating....... the Beast of Bodmin Moor wasn't a cat, it was you taking a stroll!

The legs only look short because of the way I took the picture. Bit disappointed though as they used to say the camera never lies! Well, I've proved that statement wrong!! ;)

Sorry to sound stupid but I'm having no luck figuring out how to add an avatar to my profile? I just don't see an option to add that?

To add an Avatar you just need to go to your Profile page then on the left hand side click on Forum Profile Information
