hi, i sent a "question" to the gigabyte service page and the answer i got was to send a mail to "zubehoer@gigabyte.de"
i sent a mail to them, this was two weeks ago, and i was wondering if it is possible to speed up this proses? ???

The German centre is your closest site and that is why you were directed there. As for how long it should take I really can't say but I would imagine they are very busy if they haven't answered you so far. You could try a follow up email just in case it has gone astray.

i sent them another mail and got an "instant response"(same day atleast(ty for the tip)) but according to her they don't have the io shield for ud9 atm :(
gigabyte, SEND THEM MOAR! :D ;D

I find that hard to believe but maybe they didn't carry many in the first place being as high end board. I am sure they can soon get some from Taiwan though.
