Title: Can this European Forum be used for American RMA requests?

Also, if there is a forum on the American Gigabyte site, please let me know the URL!

They could do with a Customer Relations phone line for each area where you could call and talk to someone.

Most probably it's due to USA branch has enough human resources to handle endusers by phone line, while UK doesn't - the same applies to Australia, France and Spain for instance, as I have just checked at: http://www.gigabyte.com/about-gigabyte/contact-us.aspx.
