Title: RMA Spain End User
Post by: Crazy on February 20, 2011, 05:55:09 pm
I'm Spanish. I've a Motherboard to RMA but I don`t want send it to my seller because I'm very angry for several reasons.
I want process RAM with Gigabyte directly.

Where is the nearest RMA Center for this? Barcelona has a RAM Center but not for end users, I think.

It is unfortunate that Gigabyte in Spain does not have a RMA for it.

If Gigabyte don`t fix my problem, I will stop buying Gigabyte's motherboards.

Any solution or idea?

Best regards

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.

I am unsure of Gigabyte Spain's policy for RMA but I will check into it for you. Is your email address on your profile so we can contact you?

I will also suggest that you contact GGTS which I am sure will be picked up at a local level to you regarding this matter.

Just enter your email address and click on the language of choice.

Hello Dark.

I did that a few days ago. I talk with Support but they just suggested I contact with some distributor and perhaps they want help me (or not). Bad solution.

Sorry, my english is very bad. My email is on my profile.

Best regards.

Well leave it with me for a couple of days and I will see what can be done. I can't promise anything but can at least ask.  ;)

Thank you very much, Dark,  ;).

I have no hurry, that motherboard is in another place and still don´t need that pc.

I can wait.

Hello again. The motherboard arrived a few days ago but I had no time for assembly. Yesterday I tried with similar components: processor, memory and power supply and it boots fine. I had no time yet to install operating system but the problem seems solved.

I want to thank you all for your help (Dark, runn3R, Inigo) and hope to return soon for this forum.

Best regards.
