Title: Low power state on X58-UD5 with win7

Hi, low power state require a reboot , but every time i reboot nothing is changed, and the vcore will not go down with the cpu speed.

Is this a common problem ? Eist and C1E etc is enabled and max powersaving in win7 is set.
