Title: i don't know what to say

i rma my Gigabyte H67A-UD3H-B3 and i received it today and guess what?

the heatsink is MISSING!!! >:(

i don't know what to do now and i am not sure if i can gather enough money to send this back to gigabyte again T__T

These types of thing happen occasionally in any big organisation but usually will be sorted out without fuss with an email or two. ;)
